The CS 4004i makes sense as a central document point for an office whose work is mostly text: agreements, meeting packs, schedules, and administrative records. Teams can organize their routines around one shared machine instead of carrying originals between separate devices.

We would look closely at peak periods rather than average daily use. If several employees release longer jobs together, output collection and the order of those jobs can matter as much as the machine itself.
