Where this model fits

The MZ4001i can suit an office that needs a central copier without requiring printed color for most of its work. Legal files, internal reports, and routine correspondence are useful examples of the documents to consider.

Think about the exceptions before selecting the system. If a small amount of customer-facing material needs color, we can discuss whether a separate device covers it well or whether a color multifunction model would be the more useful shared choice.
