STAT Business Systems is hiring for a part-time office position at our Sunrise location. We are looking for a dependable, professional, and friendly person to join our team and help support the daily work that keeps our customers, service department, and supply department moving.

Our customers rely on us when their office equipment needs attention. That means our office team plays an important role in helping calls get answered, service requests get entered correctly, supplies are coordinated, and customers are taken care of quickly.

Part-Time Office Position Details

The position is located at our office in Sunrise, Florida, near Sawgrass and Commercial Boulevard. Our location is convenient for applicants in Sunrise, Plantation, Weston, Tamarac, Lauderhill, Davie, and nearby Broward communities.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday
9:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Approximately 30 hours per week

This is an office-based position. The right person should be reliable, punctual, comfortable working with customers, and able to manage daily tasks in a professional office setting.

What This Role Includes

This part-time office position supports several important areas of our business. Duties include answering phones, entering service calls for our service department, and overseeing our supply department.

In a copier and printer service business, communication matters. When a customer calls about a service issue, toner supply, machine concern, or account question, our office team helps make sure the request is handled properly.

Some daily responsibilities may include:

Answering incoming phone calls from customers

Entering copier and printer service calls

Helping route information to the service department

Assisting with supply department coordination

Keeping customer information organized

Communicating clearly with team members

Supporting general office workflow

Helping customers receive responsive service

This is not just a phone-answering role. It is a support position that helps the entire office operate smoothly.

Skills We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should have good phone skills, good computer skills, and the ability to stay organized in a busy office environment.

Spanish-speaking is beneficial, but it is not required.
