The Kyocera TASKalfa 2554ci combines color printing, copying and scanning with ledger-size capability for shared office use. Its standard duplex unit and multiple paper sources support correspondence, presentations and larger document layouts.

- Paper sizes: Letter, legal and 11 x 17 in. (ledger); printing up to 12 x 18 in.
- Paper supply: 1,150 sheets standard; up to 7,150 with optional feeders.
Optional feeders increase capacity for longer runs. Document processors support batch scanning, and compatible finishers prepare organized document sets. Fax is available as an option.
