Using or replacing this model

The CS 8052ci can sit in a centralized document area supporting multiple departments. One team may submit long reports while another needs repeated copies of presentation material, making workload coordination an operational issue.

A replacement should be assessed against the largest recurring jobs, including their color coverage and finishing needs. Do not assume that a model serving a smaller workgroup will be equivalent simply because it offers the same basic functions.
