The FS-C8650DN can serve teams that create substantial documents on screen and need a shared place to produce them on paper. Design reviews, project reports, and presentation sets are useful examples of that role.

It is important to keep the print-only requirement clear. Replacing it with a multifunction system may be worthwhile if copying and scanning are also needed, but the larger layouts and any installed finishing equipment still need to be accounted for separately.
