We will ask about the number of users, approximate print volume, color requirements, paper sizes, scanning, finishing options, office location, and your current equipment so we can help you compare practical lease or purchase options.
How do I request copier or printer service?
Submit a service request online or call our office. To help us understand the problem, have your business name, equipment brand and model, serial number, and a short description of the issue ready. If the machine shows an error code or only certain functions are affected, include that information too.
